Projects supported by Alpha Zeta Chapter
World Fellowship
A grant provided for graduate study to a woman who is not a Society member. The grant is for study at a university approved through the International World Fellowship Committee.
Literacy Program
A collection, by members, of school supplies and literature which is donated to a local organization(s) which is/ are chosen by the chapter.
Grant In Aid Scholarships
A monetary award given each year to a high school senior
girl(s). The recipient(s) must plan to study education (or a related field) in the fall of the same year.
Native American Fund
A grant awarded to an indigenous person who plans to attend a two or four year college program. The applicant must plan to join the field of education or another service occupation.
Project Personal Care
Collection of personal care items which are donated to local students and organizations that support families in need.
Bonnie Boxes
Collection of items that may be used by patients undergoing chemotherapy treatments. These items are packaged and delivered to local hospitals.
A Book In Every Bag
Reading books donated to local students who receive a backpack from our literacy program.
